Winter Services

Our winter services are provided on a contract basis from October 1 through April 1. Regular maintenance in the winter months is critical for a safe parking lot.

Snowplowing: We start snowplowing after a 2" accumulation.

Walkway and ice melt services: Keep your sidewalks safe and ice buildup minimal.

Sanding or pea gravel: Keep your parking lot safer during those icy winter months.

Snow Removal/Hauling Services: Remove snow from your lot and gain more parking spaces.

Roof Snow Removal: Prevent your roof from damage during heavy snow situations or remove snow when the roof is leaking.

Parking Lot Scraping and Other Heavy Equipment Work: Prevent ice buildup by scraping with a loader or stack snow to gain more parking.
